This is the Opel Manta #140 2013 24h Nürburgring in 1:18 scale by WERK83.

The Opel Manta #140 entered by Kissling Motorsport at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring was driven by an experienced all-German lineup of Peter Beckmann, Heinz-Otto Hass, Volker Strycek, and Lance David Arnold Schulten. Led by former DTM champion Volker Strycek, the team kept alive one of the Nürburgring's most beloved traditions. What made the Manta truly unique was not just its classic rear-wheel-drive coupe design, but its famous fox tail attached to the antenna—a humorous tribute to the cult German film Manta, Manta. While modern GT3 cars dominated on speed, the bright yellow-and-black Manta won the hearts of fans with its reliability, unmistakable appearance, and nostalgic charm, making it one of the most iconic crowd favorites ever to race on the Nordschleife.
