THis is the Ford Capri RS 3100 #2 Winner 1974 DRM Nürburgring Rolf Stommelen in 1:18 scale by WERK 83.

At the 1974 DRM Nürburgring Eifelrennen, Rolf Stommelen drove the No.2 Ford Capri RS 3100 to a commanding victory, showcasing his versatility as one of Germany’s top touring and endurance racers of the era. The Capri RS 3100 was Ford’s ultimate Group 2 weapon, built specifically to take on BMW in European touring car racing. What set this car apart was its Cosworth-developed 3.4L V6 engine producing around 415 horsepower, combined with wide fender flares, aggressive aerodynamics, and a large rear spoiler that significantly improved high-speed stability. Unlike many rivals, the Capri blended muscle car power with advanced engineering and lightweight construction, allowing Stommelen to dominate on the demanding Nürburgring Nordschleife and secure one of Ford’s most iconic touring car victories of the 1970s.
