At the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO #31 entered by The Bend Team WRT tackled the world’s most prestigious endurance race with a highly skilled driver lineup of Augusto Farfus (BRA), Yasser Shahin (AUS), and Pedro Ebrahim (BRA), ultimately bringing the car home to a solid class finish in the fiercely competitive GTE/GT3 category. Farfus — one of BMW’s most experienced GT racers — provided superb pace and tactical insight, Shahin added consistent stint speed through traffic, and Ebrahim made a spirited home-country debut at Le Mans that underscored his rapid development in top-level sports-car racing. What sets the 24 Hours of Le Mans apart from most other races is its grueling 24-hour marathon format on the historic Circuit de la Sarthe, where teams must navigate a unique blend of public-road straights, technical infield sections, and heavy multi-class traffic both in daylight and through the night — a test of endurance, reliability, teamwork, and strategy far beyond a typical sprint or single-class event.
