This is the Ferrari 250 TR59-60 Nurburgring 1000 kms 1960 Car #2 3rd Place C. Allison /W. Mairesse/ P. Hill in 1:18 scale by Tecnomodel.

At the 1960 Nürburgring 1000 km, the Ferrari 250 TR59/60 car #2 secured a strong 3rd place finish, driven by Cliff Allison, Willy Mairesse, and Phil Hill. This trio brought together a blend of technical precision and raw speed, with Phil Hill already a standout talent on the world stage. The Nürburgring Nordschleife—nicknamed "The Green Hell"—was a 22.8 km circuit of relentless corners, blind crests, and dramatic elevation changes, making it one of the most challenging tracks in motorsport history. The race that year was particularly competitive, with fierce pressure from Aston Martin and Porsche, underscoring Ferrari’s consistency and mechanical durability in one of the most grueling endurance events of the World Sportscar Championship calendar.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are
exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
