The #88 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo 2 clinched the 2024 Super GT GT300 Drivers’ Championship at the Suzuka 300km finale, marking Lamborghini’s first-ever title in the series. Piloted by Takashi Kogure and Yuya Motojima, the duo secured their fourth victory of the season with a commanding performance from pole position. This achievement was particularly significant as it represented a major milestone for both the team and the drivers. Kogure became only the third driver in Super GT history to win championships in both the GT500 and GT300 classes, joining an elite group of drivers. The #88 Lamborghini's consistent performance throughout the season, including three consecutive wins leading up to the finale, showcased the team's strategic prowess and the car's reliability.
