This is the Audi Quattro No.0 Rali Urbibel Algarve 1980 Mikkola/Hertz in 1:18 scale by Spark.

The Audi Quattro No. 0 made its sensational rally debut at the 1980 Rali Urbibel Algarve in Portugal, with legendary Finnish driver Hannu Mikkola and Swedish co-driver Arne Hertz. Because the car had not yet been homologated for international competition, Audi entered it as the course-opening No. 0 car, but its performance immediately demonstrated the revolutionary potential of four-wheel drive. Mikkola recorded the fastest time on 24 of the 30 special stages, and Audi calculated that the Quattro would have won the rally by almost 30 minutes had its times counted. The early competition car used a turbocharged 2.1-liter five-cylinder engine producing around 300 hp and, most importantly, Audi's permanent four-wheel-drive system—a major advantage over the two-wheel-drive Ford, Fiat, and Porsche competitors of the era. This No. 0 Quattro is historically significant because it effectively announced the beginning of the four-wheel-drive revolution in international rallying.
