This is the Arrows A6 No.30 European GP 1983 Thierry Boutsen in 1:43 scale by Spark.

Thierry Boutsen, a Belgian racer making his early steps in Formula 1, piloted the Arrows A6 with car number 30 during the 1983 Formula 1 season — a car armed with a Cosworth V8 engine and an aluminium monocoque as Arrows worked with a limited budget and evolving F1 regulations. The 1983 European Grand Prix, held at Brands Hatch in England, was notable because it became the first Formula 1 race officially titled the “European Grand Prix” as a standalone championship event after another race cancellation, and it marked the penultimate round of that season.  Boutsen brought his Arrows home in 11th place, a strong finish for a smaller team up against powerful turbo‑charged rivals, and the race itself stirred championship drama as Nelson Piquet closed the gap to Alain Prost in the title fight.
