Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Racing Version blue
Aston Martin had aspired to develop a racing car capable of challenging or out-performing the predominant Ferrari 250 GT SWB. But even with its weight-reduced body and a maximum output of 314 hp, the DB4 Zagato was unable to fulfill the dream. The cooperation between AM and Zagato drew to a conclusion in 1960 after a total of 19 units were produced.
What has remained are the AM Zagato cars, well-known for their beautiful design and sporty looks. They are also referred to as Icons of automotive engineering. The original cars are sought after by collectors worldwide and traded for millions of Euros apiece.
