The Ferrari 412P #25, driven by Pedro Rodríguez and Giancarlo Baghetti, raced in the 1967 24 Hours of Le Mans for the North American Racing Team (NART). Rodríguez, a rising star known for his fearless driving in prototypes, teamed up with Baghetti, himself a Grand Prix winner, to contest the grueling endurance event. The 412P was essentially an evolution of Ferrari’s earlier P3 chassis, outfitted with P4-style bodywork and powered by a 4.0L V12 engine. Unfortunately, despite its promising pedigree, the #25 car was forced to retire after 144 laps due to engine failure.
