This is the Lamborghini Countach from the Cannonball Run Movie in 1:18 scale by Kyosho.  In the 1981 movie The Cannonball Run, the iconic black 1979 Lamborghini Countach LP 400 S (often mistaken for a 5000) was driven by the characters Marcie (Adrienne Barbeau) and Jill (Tara Buckman). The all-female team won the fictional race in the film, and the car itself was added to the National Historic Vehicle Register in 2021.
