This is the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Le Mans 24 Hours (RHD) Innes Ireland/Masten Gregory in 1:18 scale by Kyosho.

At the 1962 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Ferrari 250 GTO (right-hand-drive) shared by Innes Ireland and Masten Gregory represented one of the very first appearances of what would become arguably the most legendary GT car ever built. The UDT-Laystall-entered GTO — originally intended for Stirling Moss before his career-ending crash — showed excellent pace and was running competitively well into the race, even leading the GTO battle at times, before electrical problems forced it to retire after 165 laps. Ireland, a former Formula 1 race winner known for his fearless driving, and Gregory, a respected American sports car ace nicknamed “The Kansas City Flash,” were both experienced competitors whose pairing highlighted the mix of international talent at Le Mans. What sets the 1962 Le Mans apart is that it was the debut year of the 250 GTO in the world’s toughest endurance race, and although this car retired, other GTOs finished second and third overall, underscoring the model’s immediate competitiveness and beginning its rich legacy in endurance racing history.
