Placing an Order:
Ordering at mintmodels.com is fast and secure. As you navigate around our Web site and see models you wish to purchase, simply click on the "e;add to basket"e; button if availalable to place the item in your shopping basket. After you put an item in your shopping basket, you can proceed to checkout to complete your purchase, continue shopping or visit any other part of mintmodels.com. Follow the easy instructions on screen. Remember you can cancel your order at any point by taking items out of the shopping basket or by simply not proceeding to checkout. To complete your purchase at any time, simply click on the checkout button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration and/or checkout process. Mint Models will send an order confirmation e-mail to you soon after receiving your order. Another email will be sent to you when each of the models you ordered has been shipped. Products shown that do not have an "e;add to basket"e; icon can be ordered by simply giving us a call at (800) 341-4699.
Shopping Security:
Online shopping at mintmodels.com is extremely safe. All credit card transactions at mintmodels.com are securely processed using Verisign software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Verisign encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet.

Shipping Policies and Delivery Times:
All orders, for in-stock items, will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders are subject to credit approval and product availability. All items are individually shipped and may not arrive on the same day.
Priority Shipping via Federal Express or UPS is available for an additional charge. Please allow 2 days for Fed Ex delivery from the time the item ships. Fed Ex is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be charged standard shipping and handling. Please allow 3 days for delivery to these locations. Fed Ex is not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
International Orders
International Orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail. The Shipping Charge will be applied to your order. The charge per model and per shipment varies based on the weight of the model and depending on what country you live in. The shipping charge is approximately $42.00 per model.
*Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. The USPS shipping rates are higher than UPS or Fed-Ex Ground, therefore shipping charges are greater when selecting USPS or UPS.
We reserve the right to change and order to our preferred shipping method of Fed-Ex Ground. Fed-Ex provides better tracking ability than the USPS
We do not refund any shipping charges for International Shipments for returns or replacements, regardless of the reason for the return.
Expedited shipment is available via Fed Ex or UPS. Call to arrange for next day shipping.
State Sales Tax:
Mint Models is registered to collect sales tax in New York State. All orders shipped within the State of New York will be charged the applicable sales tax, based on the shipping address. The applicable sales tax charges will be listed during the checkout process.
