A note from the Manufacturer regarding the delays and delivery of this model: 

Unfortunately we have to inform you, that the supplier of our Bauer Exclusive model 1:12 Mercedes-Benz 500K Spezial Roadster 1934, has to close his factory due to heavy financial problems.

You may be certain that we endeavour at highest priority, in order to find a practicable solution quickest possible. With the help of reliable business partners and by transferring the moulds we will try by all means to ensure the manufacturing of our beautiful model, but sadly this may probably take a while.

Regrettably we will have to shift the already announced delivery once again, wherefore we make a formal apology. This development has not been forseeable for us in any way and we will provide you with new information about the further progress of this project as early as we can.

We will keep your placed orders for the 1:12 Mercedes-Benz 500K Spezial Roadster 1934 in backorder status and will hopefully soon be in the position to take appropriate measures in order to find an arrangement for you as our distributors and retailers, as well as for us.
